He opened his consulting business in the Washington, DC exurb of Fredericksburg, VA in 2003 after a decade long experience working on Capitol Hill for the highest ranking members of the US Senate and US House of Representatives. He has made the difference in numerous political campaigns and helped a variety of candidates from different political parties win elections; his political success record is among the very best in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

In addition to helping candidates win elections and/or prepare for government service, Tom is hired (and most frequently) by progressive real-estate developers, builders and major infrastructure contractors to assist with public relations and government approval efforts.
